8 versus 8 is a great way to practice technique and game situations if you don't have enough members of your soccer squad to go 11 v 11.

 

The 100 minute DVD has attacking and defending principles of the 2-3-2, 3-3-1, 3-2-2 and the 2-4-1.  Various systems of play are covered and how they relate to the 11v11 game.  Technical functions of the 8v8 drills are easily transferable to game situations.
