Soccer Shoes Sizing Guide Determining the right shoe size for your soccer games and practices is essential. Because the shape and size of your foot changes over time, don’t assume that your shoe size is the same as it has always been.

The toe of your soccer shoes should fit like a glove when you are standing upright, allowing for comfortable room. As far as the best width for your soccer shoes, your foot should fit comfortably without stretching the upper or the midsole of the shoe. Heels on a soccer shoe are less padded and more firm, so it is best to try for a snug fit.

Here is a helpful soccer shoes sizing guide:

  • While seated, place your foot on a piece of paper in front of you
  • With a pencil, trace around your foot. Hold the pencil as straight up-and-down as possible while measuring and be sure that your pencil remains in constant contact with your foot during this process.
  • With a ruler, measure your tracing to determine your foot length and width
  • Foot length. To find your foot length, measure the distance between the two longest points on your tracing. Reduce this number by 5 mm, or 1/5-inch. The result is your foot length and the number you will use to determine your shoe size. To convert to centimeters, multiply the measurement by 2.54.
  • Foot width. To find your foot width, measure the distance between the two widest points on your tracing. Reduce this number by 5 mm, or 1/5-inch. The result is the number you will use to determine your foot width. Use the chart below to determine your foot width.

Molded Cleats
Nothing is worse than going in for the winning kick and sliding right pass the ball. Our molded cleats will help prevent this travesty. Our cleats will keep you from sliding across the grass, but that winning goal is up to you! So grab some cleats and go practice your kicking.

White Cleats
We know that with how rough you play, these cleats may not stay white for long, but you’ll look sharp in them regardless of how dirty they might end up in the end! Other players might even have trouble focusing on the ball because they’ll be staring at your brand new white cleats instead! Well, perhaps that last bit is not true, but you definitely will be a hit in your new white cleats.

Black Cleats
You just can’t go wrong with a pair of black cleats. They are easy to take care of; and they go with any soccer uniform, whether you’re playing an away game or at home. Most importantly, all of our black cleats are good cleats – they’ll keep you going steady for the entire practice and/or game.
