ON THE MOVE: Indiana freshman Lee Nguyen signs with PSV

Lee Nguyen, a 19-year-old Texan who was 2005 Soccer America Freshman of the Year, has left Indiana University and signed with Dutch First Division leader PSV Eindhoven.

Nguyen played his youth club ball with the Dallas Texans. In 2005 he was the only high schooler on the U.S. U-20 World Youth Championship team and appeared in two games, one as a starter.

Nguyen will join U.S. international DaMarcus Beasley, who is in his second season at PSV.

''The Dutch like to play with three forwards and [PSV coach] Guus Hiddink believes Lee can play wide upfront and beat defenders down the flank,'' said Nguyen's agent Lyle Yorks.
